Restaurant Meal Timings

Meals, if included in the package, will be served On-Buffet or On-Table as per occupancy at the resort’s discretion.
Meals do not include snacks & beverages. In-room orders are chargeable extra.
If meals are missed without prior notice, they will be treated as Missed Meals.
Important Guidelines
- Outside food is not allowed in resort premises.
- Hookah/Shisha is not allowed.
- Loud music is prohibited due to low noise zone regulations.
- Jungle Safari is subject to government permit availability.
- The resort does not have a liquor license.
- Personal liquor is not allowed in common areas.
- Pets are not allowed.
Mandatory ID Requirement
All guests must present valid photo ID at check-in.
- Indian Nationals: Passport, PAN Card, Voter ID, Driving License
- Foreign Nationals: Passport with Visa / COR
Room Allocation
Room allocation is subject to availability at the time of arrival.

Payment & Billing Policies
- 50% advance payment required to confirm booking.
- Reservations may be cancelled if payment is not received.
- 7-day holding period allowed for delayed payments.
- Full payment must be settled at check-out.
- Cheques are not accepted.
- GST details must be provided at booking time.
- PAN mandatory for cash transactions above INR 49,999.
- Cash above INR 1,99,000 not accepted (Section 269ST).

House Rules
- Illegal activities, weapons, drugs, and hazardous items are prohibited.
- Guests are responsible for damages.
- Wildlife presence possible within resort premises.
- Limited medical facilities nearby.
- Adventure activities involve risks.
Force Majeure
The resort is not liable for delays caused by events beyond control such as natural disasters, war, or government actions.
